03 December 2012 what is the procedure for closing a trust? its a memorial trust. but at the time of formation, it was specified in trust agreement as irrecoverable trust? can it be closed? what is the procedure for it?

03 December 2012 Yes, it can be closed. You need to take the permission of the charity commissioneer. He will issue the order after getting satisfied with the reasons for closure. You suo moto can not close it.
