03 December 2012 I HAD MADE AN APLLICATION BEFORE 4MONTHS FOR MEMBERSHIP NUMBER...BUT THERE IS A QUERY FOR FORM NO.112 FOR M.COM EXTERNAL AND FOR THAT I HAD ALREADY FILED FORM NO.112 WITH PENALTY BEFORE 2.5 MONTHS...BUT TILL NOW I HAVE NOT REGISTERED AND GET MY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER...SO ANYONE CAN SEND ME THE EMAIL ID FOR COMPLIANT REGARDING MEMBERSHIP NUMBER URGENTLY...

03 December 2012 You have mentioned that you submitted Form 112 with penalty. That means earlier there was a default in filing Form 112 which was made good be payment of penalty.

It is due to this default that your membership application has been delayed.
