I have completed 4 Years and 6 Month of Service and got relieved from the company.

I have made claim of Gratuity, but the company is denying to pay the same as they are saying that I have not completed 5 years of service.

But I have seen in the Act that every 6 months of completion of services is deemed to be the complete year of service.

Pls. Suggest and Give me the way out.

I wish to join industrial training during the last 6 months of my articleship. Since, as per my knowledge, the minimum industrial training period is 9 months, will i have to undergo 3 more months of training even after I become a CA? please help.
