If any debtors not in condition to pay the receivable amount even we have written him many letters to pay.
After how much time I can claim this amount in P& L as a Bad Debtors and under which IT Section. please answer.

The Qwiz Goes this way.. A Lady buys goods of Rs.200 & Pays a Rs.1000 note to shopkeeper , he gets the change from the Next shop & & keeps Rs.200 for himself & Returns Rs.800 to the lady .. After some time, The next shop owner Returns the Rs.1000 note Saying that its " Duplicate" & Takes the money Back .. Now the Question is How much Loss did the shopkeeper Suffer ?

I have completed 4 Years and 6 Month of Service and got relieved from the company.

I have made claim of Gratuity, but the company is denying to pay the same as they are saying that I have not completed 5 years of service.

But I have seen in the Act that every 6 months of completion of services is deemed to be the complete year of service.

Pls. Suggest and Give me the way out.
