07 December 2012 Sir/madam,

one of my client has a project of constructing commercial plant of which some shop has already been sold in ground floor. and on another floor he will construct showrooms, hotel and Hostel , which will be rented by him.

Which type of loan it will be covered ?

Please also tell me what are the formalities, procedure and project Report required??

07 December 2012 It can be covered under project loan OR Loan against property. At present, the banker are reluctant to exceed their quota of loan to real estate sector.
