I gave exam in DEC 2012 of Module I (executive) and My marks is 60 in GCL, 31 in A/cs and 68 in Tax Law. Now let me know that Can I exempt from whole Module I because my total % of remaining 2 subjects is 64. Or can I re-appear in Module I for A/cs exam? I want to give exam of Module II. Plz let me knw as soon as possible.

hello sir,i am an ipcc passed student.my friends are now advising me to register for cs executive exam too.i wanted to know is it worth the trouble?will it actually make a difference in future?no doubt ca is my aim but i am still confused.will it effect my ca studies and articleship?i am not that great with theory subjects too.please help.also if not cs then do you suggest any other course?

Can anyone help me in withdrawing my PF amount from my previous company which was closed 5 years back without settling it's employees PF? There is no one appointed by the previous company to clear all PF amounts of it's employees. Therefore, I am in dilemma how to get my PF. Is it possible to apply directly to the PF commissioner without this company's interference?
