In Form No. 2 there is fee of Rs. 2,500/- for Life Membership of Chartered Accountant’s Benevolent Fund, Whether it is compulsory?

Permission under form 112

I am director in pvt ltd co. I had not taken part in its management. I did not take the permission from council for the same as was not aware of the said requirement. Now i hav to apply for membership number. What should i do.

Mediclaim policy

Company pay 50% amount of mediclaim policy for the employee and doing itself(company).

Now Question is if employee do anther policy from Market. can he claim for tax rebate (80D) for the both premium.

as well can be insurance claim from both policy
