I have following queries related to professional course-
1. In which Syllabus would I'll be registered,New or Old?
2. What if I register for professional prog. after 28 Feb.2013, will I would be eligible for appearing exams in Dec.2013? If yes then how many groups and in which syllabus old or new ?

You have to register yourself in Old syllabus only.
New Syllabus for Professional will be applicable from 1/sept/2013.
If you do not register yourself before 28th Feb, 13 then you won't be allow to give all 4 Moudule in dec, 13.
If you register yourself after 28th Feb and befor 31st May you can give One or Two Module In Dec, 13.
