Kindly help me with a query on formation of a co. After uploading form 1A on MCA, if the time expires for uploading form 1, what one has to do? The portal answers it as paying Rs.250 and filling up form 1AR which could not be found. When I upload form 1A again, the portal shows as the name already taken which is 'mine' only. What now?

Please its urgent. Kindly advice ASAP!

I was registered with icai in 2009. but that time I dint give my exams. even never gave any level of examination of CA.

now I want to give 1 group of ipcc in nov. 2013. so my query is that m I eligible for this or not. coz now I am graduate and CS qualified also.

We have made payment through Credit Card as advance for Import of Material. Then material is imported in courier mode.

Is it compulsory to submit any documents to Credit Card Company? If yes, then which documents?

sir ,i will be appearing for my ipcc exam after a month i.e may 2013.
i have studied all the subjects in Group 1 apart from costing (fm is done) and 2 chapters in direct tax.
in group 2 everything is undone .
sir could u please advice me how to go about preparing for the examination as i have only 40 days remaining and one revision of group 1 is also required , sir please advise ASAP .im very tensed

is it necessary to attest scanned copy of identity and address
if yes how is it done
and what is the link where we can upload application on mca portal(i couldnt find it)

Hello Sir,

I already have a home loan with LIC Housing Finance Ltd. I am transferring my home loan to SBI. The loan amount is 25 lacs and cost of property is 37 lacs. As per this year's union budget, would the additional exemption of 1 lac at home loan interest be applicable in my case.
