Dear Professional Colleagues
I am appointed as tax auditor for the AY 2011-12 which was mistakenly not audited in time.
But the assessee has already audited his books account for AY 2012-13.
How can i take action on it?????

In my view, you can conduct the audit under intimation to the previous tax auditor. If no such auditor exists you may continue the tax audit with even date
