SIR,
AT THE TIME OF IPCC REGISTRATION I HAVE PAID RS 1000 AS ARTICLESHIP REGISTRATION FEES.NOW AT PRESENT SUCH FEE IS RS 2000 .SO, WHETHER I HAVE TO PAY RS 2000 IN FULL OR REMAINING RS 1000 TO THE INSTITUTE.

Now you have to pay balance of Rs.1,000.
And in the articleship registration form along with the DD details paying now also indicate the Previously paid DD details at the paymet of fees option/column.
