How would I find out this information and who would I have to apply to?

Hi ! frnds ..m 23yrs old..i m in ca final..i have cleared my 1st group of ca final in last nov exams. Then I decided to give my 2nd grp in this may so I started my preparations full of spirit..bt suddenly I felt ill since 1st of march..still m not feeling well..my head is feels so heavy when I start study…m not able to concentrate..m taking my medicines ..stll m not in a condition to take stress of studies..so I have decided dat I wll give xams in nov..m too depressed coz I m nt able to study…I want to do to study & clear my final this nov.bt study nahi ho pa rahi to m worried abt that...i don’t understand ki ho kya raha hai yar…I m feeling lyk end..  plz guyz support me & motivate me….

AT THE TIME OF IPCC REGISTRATION I HAVE PAID RS 1000 AS ARTICLESHIP REGISTRATION FEES.NOW AT PRESENT SUCH FEE IS RS 2000 .SO, WHETHER I HAVE TO PAY RS 2000 IN FULL OR REMAINING RS 1000 TO THE INSTITUTE.

But the assessee has already audited his books account for AY 2012-13.
