Our Company is intending to publish the unaudited financial results for the March quarter ended within 45 days of the end of quarter.

Now if we publish the unaudited financial results by 15th May 2013 for last quarter, then within how may days thereafter the audited financial results are required to be adopted and published.

Please clarify and confirm the last date for publication/adoption of audited financial statement as on 31st March 2013.

In Receipts and payments account it is to be shown And in b/s the unspent amount is deducted whether it is correct or not and o/s electricty charges are to be shown in b/s liablity it is clear .
ex: Electricty : 12000
unspent Elec: 6386
o/s Elec: 9000
this was the problem and how to treat unspent electricty.

Hi, my company is having authorised capital of Rs 20L as per MOM but as per roc records its Rs 5L. How do i get it rectified. Moreover the annual statements (BS and other documents) attached with roc forms also shows autho. capital as Rs 5L as this data was taken from roc website. This came to my notice when i was going through MOM for altering it for filing Form 5 to increase capital from 5L to 10L. Wat do i do? my co. already has 20L as autho. captial as per MOM bt as per ROC its 5L. i need to raise share capital??

Sir my college timing is from 7:30am to 10:30am. I take around 1 hour to reach my articles firm. So my articleship timing is from 11:30am to 7:00 pm. Is there any issue due to my articleship timing??
