21 March 2013 Dear All,

Our Company is intending to publish the unaudited financial results for the March quarter ended within 45 days of the end of quarter.

Now if we publish the unaudited financial results by 15th May 2013 for last quarter, then within how may days thereafter the audited financial results are required to be adopted and published.

Please clarify and confirm the last date for publication/adoption of audited financial statement as on 31st March 2013.

21 March 2013 Hi

The audited result for the last quarter should be adopted with in 60 days from the end of the quarter.

In that case, you will adopt your audited result up to 30 may, 2013 and un audited result up to 15 may, 2013.

If you adopted your un audited result upto 15 may, 2013 then you will adopt your audited result with in next 15 days(upto 30.05.2013).

21 March 2013 But we have been informed that if we submit the unaudited financial results for the last quarter by 15th May 2013 than we have to submit the audited results anytime before the AGM.

Please clarify with extracts (if available).

27 April 2013 As per existing Cl-41..Company shall submit audited financial results with in 60 days of the end of financial year. so u cant go beyond 30 May. and submitting results any time was one time relaxation for FY 2011-12 only.
