is it necessary to attest scanned copy of identity and address
if yes how is it done
and what is the link where we can upload application on mca portal(i couldnt find it)

Hello Ganpat,
First attest the Copies Scan the same then attach to the Din Form .
Upload the Din Form (Din 1 or Din 4) on "EFORM UPLOAD " Tab on MCA21 Portal.
