What is the procedure of ESIC registration of a new company?? and which documents are required for registration??

DEAR EXPERT,
I AM A PRIVATE BUILDING CONTRACTOR.AND I HAVE MANY LABOUR ON DAILY WAGES.THERE IS NO PERMANENT LABOUR IN MY FIRM.THE LABOUR IS ALSO BELONGS FROM DIFFERENT STATES.THEY ARE NOT AGRY FOR EPF. THEREFORE I WANT TO KNOW THAT I AM ELIGIBLE FOR REGITRATION IN
EPF & ESI.PLEASE INFORM ME.
