I HAD GIVEN MY IPCC EXAM IN MAY 2012 BUT NOT RECEIVED MARKSHEET FOR IT.I HAD SENT AN EMAIL TO BOSNOIDA BUT DIDNT GET ANY REPLY.PLEASE GUIDE ME AS TO WHAT SHOULD I DO?

(b)what is reason not to issue Mark Sheet to me?
(d) if , you Already dispatched this on my above said address, provide me speed post No.& Date of sending & (provide duplicate ID card & registration letter) if already dispatched .
6. I state that information sought does not fall within the restrictions contained in Section 8
& 9 Of the Act & to best of my knowledge it pertains to your Office.
7. This is to certify that I am a citizen of India.
8. Please find enclosed herewith a fee @ of RS (10.00) vide postal order no. dtd as per RTI Act, 2005
