Iam a student of CA-Final and my 2nd year of articleship is going to be completed in August 2013. As my family is shifting to other city so i want transfer in that city, but as i read ICAI Clause it said for taking transfer i have to present a certified copy of transfer order to ICAi but here the case is my family is shifting to other city so i can't present copy of transfer order.
Kindly help me in this regard.

I wants to understand how can a Board of Directors of Pvt Ltd Company change its bank account operation from single authorised signatory to twin authorised signatory?

Brief of the case
Our company have three Board of Directors and one of the director independently handling company account as per board resolution made in the yr 2010. Now other two directors detect some irregularities in the account hence, decide to change single operation mode to twin operation mode in the bank. However the present authorised signatory (Director) is against the proposal. (Also informed that he himself holding 52% of shares of the company and other 2 directors have 40% of share holding, 20% each). Now I wants to understand that a board resolution for change of the above in the bank having two board of directors is sufficient for change in the bank?

I have 8 years experience in Admin department only.
my Job Duties are 1)Transportation 2)Pantry management 3)Housekeeping, 4)Security 5)General Services, 6)Event Management 7)Statutory Requirements, 8) Project Management;
to get admin manager Job
the above job duties are enough are anything should be added

THE AMT. OF Rs.10720 OF TDS HAS DEDUCTED FROM SALARY,ALSO DISCLOSED IN FORM NO.16A,FOR THE A.Y.2012-13.BUT IT IS NOT DISCLOSED IN 26-AS.THEN WHAT SHOULD I DO TO THE GET THE REFUND??

can an article who has already taken leave for 133days before completion of his/her 2.5years of articleship and final attempt is eligible to appear for final attempt after 2.5yrs of her training??

Dear Sir,

We have received notice for F.Y. 2012-13 for Interest of Rs. 35,679

But we have paid Interest of Rs. 17,870, which is not considered(deducted) while computing interest liability of Rs. 35,679.

Please advice, How to reply or inform the same to TRACES/CPC-TDS.

I am a sole proprietor and I am a HR providing firm in Government Sector for last 9 years. My problem is that I and other Company which is also sole proprietor is also same kind of business from last 12 years. We have all kind of Government Registration like (P.F., E.S.I.,) etc., now other proprietor offers me to merger his company and become a partner in his firm, whit his company name and close my company and surrender all my government registration. He gives me only my share of profit in his firm and become of his partner.
In future, if he cancel partnership and terminated all kind of agreement so what kind of action we will take to other company.

I am IPCC student,Joined through direct entry sceme,i have passed in CPT in Aug 2012 when i went to register institute people suggested me to go through direct entry scheme,i have joined for articles in Sept/29/2012 now am finding very difficult to manage work and studies same time,as my principal is sending me very far places for auditing and not letting me to join any coaching centers.

please can anyone tell me if i take transfer,i have to join new firm before submitting Form 109 here or after getting it signed do i have some time to join the new firm. I want to know if i converted back to CPT my 9months articles will be wasted.....
