16 July 2013 I HAVE FILLED THE FORM 32 IN EVERY PROSPECTS AND HAVE ATTACHED THE REQUIRED DOCUMENT.....
HAVE EVEN CHECKED FORM 32 BUT NOT ABLE TO PRESCRUTINISE IT.........

17 July 2013 1)Once the check form is done the user is required to Pre scrutinize the eForm.

2)This requires being connected to the MCA21 site for uploading the form.

3)On pre-scrutiny the system level check is performed and if there are any errors it is displayed to the user and once the error is corrected and again on Pre scrutiny if the message displayed is “No errors found.

5) Incase of Prescrutiny of Form No.32, it requires to be done on line ( before up loading)& not as we do it in case of Annual Return Filings.
