what will be my professional tax due date if i pay my employee his april's salary in june?
Will the P.T due date will be 31st May or 31st July?

can a society registered under the society act 1860 utilise for the charitable purpose at nepal though the funds collected in india. if we can utilise then what are the provision applicable for the same.

I have registered under my Articleship Training as on date 12 October 2012.I have my hometown in Amritsar( Dist of Punjab).But my training is conducted in Ludhiana( Dist of Punajab). Due to some family problem I am not able to continue my Articleship Training outside my hometown. I have discussed this issue with my principal.But he refused to give me Termination of my Articleship.
I will be really thankful to you if you can sort out my problem. And please suggest me what to do in such situation.

I'm working at web solution company as an accountant.

My question is that is there TDS deduction on Domain name registration/Renewal & web Hosting payment?

We are transfer some fixed amount with service tax to our vendor and they added fund to created domain registration /renewal a/c.


So that i have query that we are paying to our vendor. so we have deducted TDS or not?

If yes, then which head we have to consider, 194C or 194J

Please do the needful ASAP.
