I am seeking an advice. I work in Co. (a Govt of India Enterprise). My company is under BIFR ( Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction). Is it not possible for me to get home loan from banks/FI's ??

We are having a website in co. Name. The company is in project stage and is a manufacturing unit. The website is being maintainedcby outside agency and is charging service tax in its bill. Can we avail the Cenvat benefit against the service tax being paid.
