How to calculate Dearness Allowance for private company employees? Is there any format for calculation or any government order regarding this.

you should calculate your d.a according to your company paying to you.
it is based on your located area residential
if your salary is 10000 & company providing 70% d.a then your d.a salary is rs 7000/-
