We are based in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Ours is propritorship firm and my father was a proprietor. He died in the month of February 2013. Till now we have not changed the functioning of firm on paper.There are also tax liabilities pending for the F.Y. 2012-13. The turnover of the firm is 1 crore (approx.). Please suggest the procedure to convert this firm from proprietory to partnership or pvt. ltd. concern. Also what factors should be considered to convert proprietorship firm to a partnership firm or a pvt, ltd. co.

sir can you plz told abt vlook up farmula in excel as in now days vlookup used in more accounting reports. can u plz explain with detail example.i am aware with vlook up but want to know abt how to use it on multilple reports that connected with each other. plz send me a detail example of any project or report

We are Italy Based MNC manufacturing Company situated in Tamil nadu. We got Export order from Corporate office Italy. As per Export order Material has to dispatched another group company which is situated in Thailand and Invoice should be raised in favour of Corporate office Italy. Is it possible? If it is possible what are the procedure we have to follow under customs and Excise Act. In this invoice is it possible to cover EPCG obligation? Please confirm.
