I took membership 0n 9/9/2011 but at tha time i was not practising and i took cop in may 2013,..i would like to know what will be my requirements for cpe hours credit whether any relaxation for the structured learnib hour will be available to me..i have not completed 1cpe hour credit even..

Is it necessary to write section numbers in ipcc exam? especially in taxation and law? Will I get any additional marks??? pls reply

now the basic thing is our two partner has max.authority or power who had started a proprietorship business(now opening pvt.ltd.).now third person need
directorship.so how the share can be divided within 3 and who will have the max. power and to what extinct.

I have a doubt regarding the latest fema notification. the latest notification says

"In the Foreign Exchange Management (Transfer or Issue of Security by a Person Resident outside India) Regulations, 2000, (Notification No. FEMA 20/2000-RB dated 3rd May 2000), in Regulation 2, after the clause (iv), the following shall be inserted, namely:-

“(iva) 'Group company' means two or more enterprises which, directly or indirectly, are in a position to :
exercise twenty-six per cent, or more of voting rights in other enterprise; or

appoint more than fifty per cent, of members of board of directors in the other enterprise"

In the Notification No. FEMA 20/2000-RB dated 3rd May 2000), where does this apply. is it in the definition given"

We have borrowed TL from a Bank. As per the original sanction letter, the date of last draw down was 30.06.2013. Later on we extended the date of last drawn down to 31.12.2013. The bank is insisting us to show the commercial production on or before 31.12.2013, else the account will become NPA. Kindly advice us?
