15 December 2013 Is it necessary to write section numbers in ipcc exam? especially in taxation and law? Will I get any additional marks??? pls reply

It is always advisable to write section and clauses in taxation and law exams... Writing CORRECT sections as a part of answers makes good impression in the eyes of valuer.. But remember quote sections only if you are 100% sure about it... many people advise students that write sections even though they are correct or not as the the person valuing the papers will not have access to the sections.. It is completely wrong as the person valuing the papers is also an expert in that field... So quote section only if you are sure about its correctness..
