SIR I NEED TO FILE FORM 109 AND CONSENT OF CA ON A PLAIN PAPER WITH ICAI DURING TRANSFER DO I NEED TO FILE WORKING DIARY OR COPY OF IT WITH ICAI ? DO I NEED TO FILE ID CARD WITH ICAI ? DO I NEED TO FILE FORM 102 WITH NEW EMPLOYER AGAIN? DO I NEED TO FILE ANYTHING ELSE WHILE JOINING NEW FIRM? I AM IN MY FIRST YR OF ARTICLESHIP

in your first year directly file form 109 signed by your current ca for taking transfer & no attachments to be made.
when u join new firm then file form 103 only with icai and 1 copy with u and 1 with ur ca and file 102 with ur new ca

sir then the period in form 102 will be less than 3 years ? but v cant file form 102 for less than 3 yr period i need not to send id card n working diary along form 109 ? plsss help me n thanks in advance !!!!!
