What is the eligibility criteria for appearing CS Professional Program?

Is there any requirement to do practical training before appearing Exams?

For any query it could not possible to reply or answer that query because of i not an expert. So i have to be an Expert in CAclubindia. Help me how to be registered as an Expert.
If i clik for registering as exper it shows massage as "You are an expert or your application is still pending"

ASSET BALANCE AS PER IT FILE ( 31.3.2013 ) RESIDENTIAL HOUSE -1 3282093.00 (ASSESEE RESIDENCE ) RESIDENTIAL HOUSE -2 750000.00 LAND 1 - 1292736.00 LAND 2 - 216180.00 ( Both the land were given on rent for godown purpose) Debt against House 1 - 1533847.00 Now my question is how to compute net wealth for the assesse.whether i shall take the value of assets as per income tax or i have to arrive it in any other way. Pls suggest, if possible provide me the computation.

1. Hello... Can you please guide me if there is any limit on the unstructured learning activities / hours to be self-declared.
2. If yes, Is it fine if all the 45 hours are achieved through unstructured learning during the year 2013 to cover the three year block (2011 to 2013)

I am 35 yrs of age.I am at present working and planning to quit job and do CA.
Will it be a good option to join at this age?
What is the scope of getting a job after completing the course may be at age of 40.

The company have two term loans -TLI- & TL- II

TL-I - COD Done in 2011 and Repayment is going on.
TL-II- rescheduling is recently done recently and repayment is starting from next year.

Whether TL-I if prepaid through another term loan to deferred the existing repayment installment, will it be treated as restructuring.

Whether end use of new term loan can be taken as repayment of repayment of TL-I.
