After resignation of partner fram partnership firm .Firm is not fling form no 18 even after 4 months.What options are available for individual member in this case.

23 December 2013 have you singed the resignation documents?? if yes, then send a copy of the same to ICAI Regional office stating that you have resigned and are no more related to the said firm. ICAI will take required action against the firm.

23 December 2013 Hi,
Thanks,I have sent letter to the institute.Institute has sent three reminders to the firm for fling form no 18 .Till date form no 18 yet not filed by the firm.Institute replied me any thing can be done only after receiving form no 18 from the firm.Firm has not replied even after four reminders sent by institute.

23 December 2013 then issue a public notice dissociating yourself from the firm clearly stating that you are no more a partner with the said firm and anyone dealing with the Firm including regulators should do it with full knowledge of this fact and at their own risk.
