If I import a licensed software from a company who has no permanent representation in India, and then further sell it as is as a distributor, if applicable, what will be the TDS rates?

The assessee i.e. lessor had given land & building on rent to lessee. The lessee entered into agreement with lessor for extending lease period for 99 yrs. and right to redeveloped the property & in return received premium from lessor. whether premium received in taxable as rent income and subject to TDS

Please solve my queary
our company was registered in ESIC at indore aftersome time we took Sub unit code no. at Delhi, but Employee Insurance no. was same and we started depositing Employee contribution at Delhi,
thing is that insurance No. was not oped/working during Photo Cliking in ESIC office
so can we issue new Insuance no. to same employee and get contribution transffred into new insurance no. and make ESIC Card

We have done LBT Registration in F. Y. 13 - 14. Our Head Office is situated in Thane which is include Under LBT area But our factory situated out side the LBT Area & Our all purchase Invoice received on Factory Address. In F. Y. 13 - 14 we have not done any LBT Payment for the period of Apr. 13 To Sept.13

Our Question is in this case what will be our LBT Return Periodicity?
