26 December 2013 Hi I m a CA final Student from Ahmedabad and I will complete 2 years of Articleship on March 1, 2014 in Ahmedabad. I want to go for Industrial Training in Pune after completion of my two years Articleship in Pune as m getting married in Jan

Can anybody tell me the complete procedure for transfer and industrial training. I have tried every possible way to find out but could not get a proper guidance regarding the same.

Kindly guide me regarding the same. Its quite urgent .Thank you.

26 December 2013 well I believe on marriage you can anyways take transfer.

Regardless if you wish to go industrial training,

1. Immediately inform your Principal about your intention to go for Industrial training.

2. Start applying for industrial training vacancies by atleast mid-Jan.

3. On 1 March 2014, sign Form 109 with your existing principal.

4. On Any day after that sign Form 104 with the Industrial trainer company.

02 January 2014 Thank you so much sir!!!I have one more doubt regarding the same ... when can i join the Industrial Training?? Only after I get ICAI's Approval or after submitting the paper? do i have to submit any other doument along with Form 109 and Form 104??

02 January 2014 The process should be that first you apply for termination on ground of going for industrial training well in advance. and then submit Form 109 and Form 104 together once approval is received.

So yes first apply for the approval. No. Only the documents required as mentioned in 109 and 104 needs to be submitted alongwith a copy of ICAI approval.

02 January 2014 first apply for approval friend. Once you complete 2 years. sign 109 and keep it with you. submit it once approval is received. Please note that for industrial training/secondment, rarely would you see a case where ICAI rejects the request. SO don't worry at all.
