Restriction on transfer

This query is : Resolved

25 December 2013 is there any restriction on transfer imposed by any affidavit made under our name??????
my ca had asked me to enter an affidavit of rs.200,can this impose a legal obligation on me stay at the same firm for 3 years?????
please solve me query......

25 December 2013 do not enter in any such affidavit as there is no legal req under current scheme of ca course.

but for takinf transfer u need to take sign on form 109 to take a valid transfer.

30 December 2013 whether you enter with any affidavit ornot
.
.
Form 102 itself is enough to bind you with him for 3 years,,note that you are signing under stamppaper promising that yu will be working with him for 3 years
..
.
.
at any level your boss permission is mandatory to take transfer with in 3 years,,with out your boss permission it is not possible to leave him
.
.
so it does not make any difference whether you enter any affidavit or not however form 102 itself enough..but dont enter for more than 3 years at any case
