Can you tell what is Annual Return of LBT. i.e. E-II.

As I am monthly paying my Lbt according to my purchase and sales.

Can you tell what they excatly want in the Annual Return.

Can you send me the sheet for the working of lbt annual return.

From CA Club I have downloaded the annual return and excel sheet of annual return of lbt.

But now i want the lbt return filled and supporting sheet required for lbt return.

I am attempting IPCC May 2014 exam, which edition of institute's books should I follow rather which edition would be better to follow? I would download that particular edition from the institute's website.

I am working in Bangalore IT Co. I am staying in a rented home..I have a loan in Bangalore house property.At the time of submitting Investment proofs I submitted Rent receipt and Bank loan provisional certificate for getting tax exemption from HRA & Home Loan...But my employer said My house property address have to mention in my loan certificate...Is it mandatory to mention my property add in loan certificate..?
Am I eligible for both HRA & Homeloan benefit...?

A client company has done Invoicing in USD to Resident customers with instruction on the invoice to pay in INR at the spot rate at the day of payment .Is it Allowed ? IS there violation of any of the AS/Law in this ?What are the other repurcussions of the same?

Facts are :
1.Co was incorporated in 2009-10.
2.Has 5 directors : 2 from Maharashtra , 2 from Guj. & 1 from MP.
3. Co has all the activites trading in Gujarat,it has complied with all taxation in Gujrat including PT,VAT tin , etc.
4.The only thing Co has in Maharshtra is reg. address of the offiice which also exists in ROC records.Also Co is in process for shift of address of reg office from Mah. to Gujrat.

But the assesee has received notice for PTEC registration notice with directors ? Kindly guide me on this and what can de done regarding this?

My Chapter Office has told me to send a handwritten application letter which will go alongwith FORM-109 to seek permission for Industrial Training.
So what will be the content of this letter.?

I would like to know suppose i am doing industrail training under a company which is not registered under ICAI for imparting the industrial training. But the holding company is registered and approved by ICAI for imparting industrial training. Then does the company needs to register under ICAI .If yes then will the number of days served by the article to the company will be considered in Articleship? Company is same only the name appearing is different. Kindly help .. its urgent..
