My pan card has been lost. For getting new card in my new addrress what will I do. Please help me.

18 March 2014 1. Fill form for "Request for New PAN Card or / and Changes or Correction in PAN Data Form"

2. You can download the same from this link:

https://www.tin-nsdl.com/download/pan/PAN-CR-FORM.pdf

3. Submit the form with the neares tin-fc centre.

18 March 2014 U hv to apply for a change in PAN form 49-B, to get back ur PAN card to ur address. U can download it from tinnsdl.com or visit the following link:-
