Dissolution of llp procedure?

18 March 2014 Dear experts, an llp is dissoluted as there is no business happening. all d procedures related to mca is done. but at d time of its incorporation it was registered in a sub-registrar office. wat has to be done to cancel that registration? which forms has to be filled and where do i get it from? ur suggestions are valued a lot.
