i want to know that how to check that my registration form has timely reached or not ?

A Pvt Ltd company was incorporated on 12/01/2014. It was allotted PAN on 10/02/2014. The company will commence business only in the next Financial year. Is it required to file ROC as well as IT returns related to the FY 2013-14?
Would it make any difference if PAN is allotted on 04/04/2014?

Kindly help in learning and preparing the balance sheet, P& L and other related notes.

Everyone tells me to prefer The 3rd year B.com Books for learning the balance sheet.

But now i didn't have the books can you send me the B.com Finance & Management Book online or pdf for my ready preference.

If it is not possible so you can send me the small balance sheet and notes how to prepare it.

I have one query i.e a company pays rent to the owner of the building Rs.23000/- pm by 2 cheques 1 is of Rs.10000 & other is of Rs.13000, total is Rs.23000/-, is TDS deductable if yes then how to deduct TDS & how to make the entry for the same in tally.

I joined a firm in Sept 2013. I wanted to change my firm. I took termination from my old firm on 13th Feb 2014 by filling the form 109 and by getting signed by my principal. I posted d form to icai on 15 th Feb and joined a new firm and got registered in it on 24th Feb. I dint get any confirmation letter from icai til 13 th March. can I send my new articleship application (form 103) to icai without getting the confirmation letter ? or should I wait till I get the confirmation letter from icai ?

When I am filing TDS Returns in form 24Q, What amount we have to take in Payment Amount Column, I mean Including Conveyance Allowances? in AY2014-15.

and in tds filing in rent cases what amount we have to taken in payment of amount (including service Tax or Excluding service tax) if we given the including st and tds is on excluding st, the traces put the on lower deduction.

MY ARTICLESHIP IS OVER ON 23.2.2014 WITH AN EXTENSION OF 80 DAYS.I AM DUE FOR CA FINAL EXAM IN MAY 2014 SO I AM ON LEAVE RIGHT NOW. MY QUERY IS THAT:
A) HOW SHOULD REGISTER FOR EXTENSION BECAUSE IM ON LEAVE TILL JUNE I.E TILL THE EXAM IS OVER. SO CAN I COMPLETE THE EXTENSION LATER AFTER JUNE?

B) DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE MY EXTENSION UNDER THE SAME PRINCIPAL OR A OR CAN I CHANGE?
