Kindly help me whether the Co and its directors are liable to PTEC registration and liability or not in Maharashtra?

Facts are :
1.Co was incorporated in 2009-10.
2.Has 5 directors : 2 from Maharashtra , 2 from Guj. & 1 from MP.
3. Co has all the activites trading in Gujarat,it has complied with all taxation in Gujrat including PT,VAT tin , etc.
4.The only thing Co has in Maharshtra is reg. address of the offiice which also exists in ROC records.Also Co is in process for shift of address of reg office from Mah. to Gujrat.

But the assesee has received notice for PTEC registration notice with directors ? Kindly guide me on this and what can de done regarding this?

My Chapter Office has told me to send a handwritten application letter which will go alongwith FORM-109 to seek permission for Industrial Training.
So what will be the content of this letter.?

But the holding company is registered and approved by ICAI for imparting industrial training. Then does the company needs to register under ICAI .If yes then will the number of days served by the article to the company will be considered in Articleship? A Pvt Ltd company was incorporated on 12/01/2014. It was allotted PAN on 10/02/2014. The company will commence business only in the next Financial year. Is it required to file ROC as well as IT returns related to the FY 2013-14?
Would it make any difference if PAN is allotted on 04/04/2014?

Everyone tells me to prefer The 3rd year B.com Books for learning the balance sheet.

But now i didn't have the books can you send me the B.com Finance & Management Book online or pdf for my ready preference.

If it is not possible so you can send me the small balance sheet and notes how to prepare it.

HI, I had paid fee for articleship while registering for IPCC. So, it is the same draft number that I should quote on form 103 that was used to pay fees for IPCC registration? What if I don't have the draft number now? Where can I get it from? Please help. Thanks! Regards, vaibhavi.
