My Chapter Office has told me to send a handwritten application letter which will go alongwith FORM-109 to seek permission for Industrial Training.
So what will be the content of this letter.?

you need to state that the termination is on account of Industrial training and request the same to be accepted. Make sure your current principal also signs it.
