Dear sir
if an article has taken leave from previous employer for 78 days and takes transfer under new employer. with new employer article has taken leave of 150 days and new employer extends the training of article for excess leave taken.whether form 107 is necessary to send along with form 108. and whether any communication is sent by institute about extension.

you need to submit Form 107 and 108 together. ensure that there is no gap between end date under 108 and start date 107. ICAI is supposed to send communication after receipt of Form 108. But there are good chances that you will be done with 78 days extension by the time they will respond.
