We, Chartered Accountants, Generally issued Certificates to our clients to open CURRENT ACCOUNTS in banks on the basis of PAN Card & Business Address proof or any other proof.
My question is "What should a CA do to remain safe while issuing such types of certifications" ???

IF AN NRI WANT TO REGISTER TRADE MARK IN INDIA FOR HIS EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE IN INDIA,THEN WHAT PROCEDURE HE NEED TO BE FOLLOW?

Dear Sir,

I want to open a c/a in name of proprietorship business but bank asking registration of the business in sale tax or service tax or other in any other government authority.

I think these authorities also would required bank detail to provide the registration.

So, I want to know, is there any way to open the account without having above registration?

WE PAID RS. 1,80,000/- COMMISSION (94H)TO OUR COMMISSION AGENT BUT HE HAS TDS EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE OF INCOME TAX DEPT U/S 197(I)EXEMPTION UP TO 2,50,000/-

SO WE DID NOT DEDUCT TDS.
BUT IS THERE IMPORTANT TO SHOW IN RETURN OR NO PLEASE ADVICE.

And in 24Q Annexure 2 on which column we shown conveyance, P. tax & Rebate.

SINCE I WANT TO KNOW THE DATE OF PAYMENT AND DATE OF DEDUCTION in TDS
FOR EXAMPLE : If the deposit date is 25 Jan 2014, so what will be my date of deduction and date of payment.Please let me know the dates and in details.

We are a company appointed Company Secretary. But he is not filing Form 32 with MCA. He outsource the same and say only company secretary in full time practise can upload the form.

Please clarify whether Company secretary appinted by the company cannot file Form 32 in MCA site.
