i am getting transfer of my articleship training after completing 2 years. can i join in another CA firm or have to opt for industrial training??

I will suggest for industrial training. But u can also join other form also. Both doors r open for u.

No it is not compulsory. But if u do it u will b known about the corporate world, that hw they works, how to do conversation with co workers, clients etc. U will come to know the pressure of work & responsibilities. This will help u in ur Professional life after compulsion of the course.

i saw somewhere in ca club that 3rd year of articleship tranfer, cannot join in new CA firm instead of industrial training. i didn't understand what they meant.

what they meant is that after 1st year, transfer is permitted on a very limited grounds. industrial training is among the easiest one of all.
