08 April 2014 WHILE DOING THE PRE-SCRUTINY THE ERROR DISPLAYS AS "THE FORM VERSION YOU ARE USING NOT A LATEST VERSION PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE FRESH FORM AND UPLOAD IT" AND AFTER DOWNLOADING THE FRESH FROM THE MCA SITE AGAIN THE SAME MESSAGE IS REPEATED. WHAT WE SHOULD DO TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. PLEASE GUIDE ME.

You can't upload the Din form till 13th April, because of applicability of certain section of companies act, 2013

08 April 2014 DIN-1 is superseded by form DIR.3 from 1.4.2014 and filing is not possible till 13.4.2014 as rightly said by Mr. Sushil kumar.
