Will companies act, 2013 be applicable in Ipcc nov ' 14 exam??

one contractor have lots of labour and he is charge as labour per day rate and on total attendance + overtime of labour he is also take commission as per hrs rate.
so my query is TDS will be deducted under 194C or 194H or both of them section.

In a Pvt.Ltd company there is a purchase of mobile in cash and it is gifted to its client
The entry passed
Mobile phone(asset) dr. 54,000
To cash. Cr. 54,000

Pls tell me what is right effect of it and if it shown as business promotion exp. Then the whole amount is disallowed
So pls give ur opinion

Being a company , we are to make a payment for professional services to U.K.
UK company do not have PE in India.
Whether we are to make TDS on this payment or not ?
As per DTAA this is exempted from TDS after submission of TRC by UK company but even after submission of TRC whether we are to make TDS @10% as per 115(a). IF we are to make TDS then how we can deposit it because the UK company do not have PAN of India.

I have purchase a flat in indore Madhya Pradesh a sum Rs 2500000 and registration valve of the property is rs 2650000.

we have paid rs 1500000 in May 2012 and balance Rs 1000000 was paid in March 2014. Property has been register on 31st March 2014.

we want to know applicablity of VAT tax , Service Tax and Capital Gain on such property.
