What is the consequences of not completing gmcs1 within 1 year of articleship.

can anyone tell me actually i want register articleship back dated and which is 9 Month Before, and i hve not any reson to delay in submit my form so plz tell me what to do.........plz give me any reason or else

i want to ask regarding how many days can a article is entitled to take leave in his 3 years internship.

I have one friend and she is doing articleship last 3 months, but now she want transfer of articleship because she has not learning anything in current firm. And second thing is she going to class and also she wants holiday for the preparation of exam , so other firms will accept above conditions

maine tranfer liya ferurary me but CA ne wo back date mw diya hai like mujhe april me mila hai 109 signed from back date. to ab new firm me jaaunga 11 aprl se to 300 ke DD ke saath koi lettr jayega ?? ya nahi?? agar yes to kiske yha se? .. because pehle waale CA ne to apni taraf se time par de diya. i m confused..what to do?

I am student of ipcc...my attempt is in coming may...am doing b.com in distance mode simultaneously...m in final yr b.com...now both b.com and CA exams are on the same date....I am confused as to which xam to be written whether b.com or ca???if I don't write b.com xams it will be written as failed in my degree certificate...wat should I do now???moreover I have paid ca xam fees...so whether I write ca xam r nt it will be counted as an attempt....so my number of attempts will become more...plz help...reply as soon as possible...
