14 April 2014 Filing of return is mandatory in case of Holder of PTRC (Employer deducting PT from salary of Employees) Periodicity of Return depends on Tax liability during the previous year. If previous year Tax liability was 50000/- or more than return should be filed monthly else annually.

In case of PTEC holders filing of return is not required.
