Is it mandatry ot file return in case of 1.PTRC AND 2. PTEC IF YES PLEASE INFORME LAST DATE OF FILING

Filing of return is mandatory in case of Holder of PTRC (Employer deducting PT from salary of Employees) Periodicity of Return depends on Tax liability during the previous year. If previous year Tax liability was 50000/- or more than return should be filed monthly else annually.
In case of PTEC holders filing of return is not required.
In case of PTEC holders filing of return is not required.
