11 April 2014 can anyone tell me actually i want register articleship back dated and which is 9 Month Before, and i hve not any reson to delay in submit my form so plz tell me what to do.........plz give me any reason or else

11 April 2014 It is very very risky to you and your employer.

To get back dated articleship registration of articleship require the following

1) Back dated stamp paper
2) Student Attendance register
3) Student Dairy
4) Evidence of monthly stipend paid by your employer
5) and penalty for late submission of form as indicated by ICAI.
6) A con-donation letter for delay in submission.

If you are ready for all the above things and to prove then go for back dated articleship registration.
