maine tranfer liya ferurary me
but CA ne wo back date mw diya hai like mujhe april me mila hai 109 signed from back date.
to ab new firm me jaaunga 11 aprl se
to 300 ke DD ke saath koi lettr jayega ?? ya nahi?? agar yes to kiske yha se? ..
because pehle waale CA ne to apni taraf se time par de diya.
i m confused..what to do?

then condonation fees needs to be paid and condonation letter is to be given to icai.

Nikhil the querist have said the form is signed back dated which means its already on record late and for that u need to file condonation letter and fees as applicable since 30 days from signing form 109 in this case by principal is over.

I know what he asked. To that only response is that form 109 doesnt attract condonation
