What is the consequences of not completing gmcs1 within 1 year of articleship.
What is the consequences of not completing gmcs1 within 1 year of articleship.

ICAI at any where not specified about the consequences for failure to complete GMCS-1 with in one year for the date of commencement of articleship. So we can say no consequences for failure as on the today but till completion of both the GMCS you didn't get Membership of CA.
