I have one friend and she is doing articleship last 3 months, but now she want transfer of articleship because she has not learning anything in current firm so can u tell me the procedure of transfer

if she is in her 1st year of training then directly file form 109 duly signed by currecnt principal and submit it to icai within 30 days.
