sir, I have taken transfer within 1 year of articleship and submitted form 109 with the institute but form 103 is not submitted within 30 days of transfer....what should I do as I now got a Ca firm...what us the penalty and other requirements. ...

then file condonation letter stating the reason for same and also pay condonation fees.

the penalty doesn't apply from the date of transfer but from the date of signing of new form 103. you need to file Form 103 within 30 days of signing new Form 103. if you haven't done that please submit condonation application as per the provisions provided herein:
