This is very urgent query pls reply fast..

a CA in whole time practice who has been appointed by the other CA (in whole time practice) on retainer ship basis in his proprietorship CA firm.
Now the owner of proprietorship CA firm is not able to sign the tax & co audit report on account of disability, so the CA having COP appointed on retainer ship basis, can sign the said reports on behalf of owner of proprietorship CA firm.

I have applied a DIN for my client for incorporate an OPC, but now my client wants to register his business in LLP. can I use that DIN for LLP or I would have to apply a new DIN. Please suggest me...

Dear expert I cleared my CA in November 2013 and apply for membership as on 10.07.2014 in form no 2. I want also COP in proprietary firm so as per my knowledge also submit form no 117 but icai branch authorise person reply me that u only submit form 2 and y r proprietor firm name seany 4 selected name u can mention in form no 2 only so finally I get my membership no as on 07.08.14 then I search on icai site in which mentioned holding full time cop so sir my question is that I want now submit form no 117 or not.pls its urgent so reply me as soon as possible. HelloSir, i have 10 months of articles experience. I registered articles with degree. I had well experience in income tax returns filing, tax audits and a club internal audit, co-operative society statutory audit. Now my question is i want to take for rest of period dummy for preparation and coaching of both ipcc and final exams. Kindly suggest me whether to take dummy or continue in articles. As i am feeling much stress for managing both studies and work. kindly suggest me something? I am really confused.

sir i am registered as an article under ca from 25.02.2013 but i am going an office approx 3 month after that i quit ca due to financial problem and not go to office .but right now i want to restart my ca course can i take as an fresh article under another ca ?
