I have been planning to apply for COP and my father is insisting me to have visiting card of his company.I talked to him we agreed no where in company records or any documents my name will be there. Only on Visiting card my name and some post as executive will be shown with company name?PLease help

Recently we started a small retail shop(fancy and saree material) and we want to take trade licence, which licence we should apply first ?
for vat our Turnover is less than the registration limit, and for Labour licence our temporary staff level is less than the statutory limit. But we want to go for bank loan where manager will ask us Licence.
please guide us in this regard.

I am not engaged in any business.

I am filling ITR - 2 since last five years.

Now, I want to invest Rs. 1 Crore in Reliance / Government Bond.

I am regularly filling my wealth Tax return.

The aforesaid investment will be blocked for Five years and every year i will get return of Rs. 10 to 12 Lacs.

Now, Please confirm whether I will be covered under 44AB(Tax audit) due to said investment ?

You are also requested to confirm, the applicability of other provisions, if any due to said investment.
