Hi Friends,

IS it ESI provisions are applicable to the following transactions.
1. Computers repairs
2. professional charges
3. Repairs and maintenance of Building
4. office maintenance

please provide clarification.

My company received services and paid amounts monthly to the following persons
1. computer maintenance
2. professional charges
3. repairs and maintenance of building

in my company ESI inspection dept checked above ledgers and they raised ESI act is applicable to above mentioned three person also.

is it applicable to them .
